Brewed Awakenings
Brewed Awakenings is a family-owned and -run coffeehouse in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. They needed a place to keep customers up-to-date on their weekly lunch specials, advertise Friday-night musicians, and provide directions to first-time visitors.
A high priority for Brewed Awakenings was to have a site that enabled them to do weekly website updates on their own. We worked with them to design a site that was user-friendly and provided the training they needed to keep that soup menu as fresh as the lunches they serve six days a week.
A few months after the initial site was complete, their head barista wanted to set up a blog to document the regular coffee events at the shop and to show off his espresso art. We worked with him to create Geekin’. You can almost smell the coffee from here.
